Stressbusters: Workshops for Caregivers
Mix-and-match 30-minute workshops for quick practical skill-building. Staff come and go for a shot in the arm, a few minutes of learning, breathing, connection, and joy.

Why provide stress-reducing workshops for caregivers?

Stressed, busy caregivers feel like they’re running ragged. Acknowledge the stresses inherent among caregivers today and help your team manage and reduce their stress. The results: Happier employees, improved attendance and retention.

Stressbusters are available three ways:

  1. We conduct Stressbusters for you on-site. Wendy Leebov and Associates conducts several 30-minute sessions a day (and night) for caregivers.
  2. We train your folks to conduct Stressbusters. We conduct a crash course of training and the Stressbusters Facilitators Guide for your in-house facilitators and provide your organization with a license to conduct Stressbusters in-house forever.
  3. We provide the package. Stressbusters Facilitator’s Guide, copy-ready participant materials, and a license to use these.
