Jill Golde, M.S.
Vice President, Wendy Leebov and Associates
Jill Golde is an expert on healthcare service excellence and the quality patient experience. She facilitates individual and group goal achievement through her genuine connection with people, her observation skills, her sense of humor and her ability to share her perceptions in a constructive fashion. Jill brings over 20 years of experience to her consulting practice, and has consulted to, been a member of and led Organization Development and learning functions for a broad range of private and public sector organizations including Summit Health, WellSpan Health, Mount Auburn Hospital, Virtua Health, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Albert Einstein Healthcare Network, Cooper Hospital, Kennedy Health System, University of Pennsylvania Health System, and St. Louis University Hospital. Jill holds an M.S. in Organization Development from American University and a B.A. in Education from Washington University.

Ann Fitzgerald
Senior Associate, Wendy Leebov and Associates
RN, MHSA, RCC, PhD
A nurse, educator, facilitator, coach and former hospital and health system executive, Ann brings 45 years of experience to her role as the caregiver’s coach. For the last ten years, Ann served Humility of Mary Health Partners in Youngstown, OH (a 3-hospital system member of Catholic Healthcare Partners) most recently as Regional Director, Organization Development and Learning, Formerly, she was VP, Strategic Planning and Marketing at St. Rita’s Medical Center in Lima OH, VP of Marketing for Berkshire Health System in Reading, PA and Director of Public Relations and Marketing for Holy Spirit Hospital in Camp Hill, PA.

Steeped in health care, Ann worked as a Nurse and Nurse Specialist for more than 15 years in medical, surgical, obstetrics, ICU-CCU, and Oncology departments within teaching hospitals, large and small community hospitals, and medical practice settings.

Committed to great patient care and great work experiences for the entire healthcare team, Ann offers dynamic leadership development, coaching, training and consulting services key to higher levels of patient and associate satisfaction. Ann’s particular specialties include: Leadership, Communication, Service Excellence, Team-Building, Transition and Transformation, and Performance Management and Coaching.

Ann received a PhD in Education from Kennedy Western University, an M.S. in Health Administration from the College of St. Francis, a B.A. in Humanities from Penn State University and a Diploma in Nursing from the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.

Blessed with passion, humor, clarity, and compassion, Ann engages and mobilizes individuals and teams to develop the blend of competence, confidence, courage and compassion key to effectiveness in today’s demanding healthcare environment.

Nikki Gollub-Bank, M.A.
In addition to serving as writer and editor for Wendy Leebov and Associates, Nikki is a practitioner of the healing arts. She has a Bachelor’s Degree from Emory University and a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies. Nikki has extensive background and experience with contemplative practices (meditation and yoga) and experiential psychotherapy. She is also a certified massage therapist, having received her training at the Brenneke School of Massage. Drawing on her passions for consciousness, change, and healing, as well as her expressive writing style, Nikki is collaborating with Wendy to develop materials and strategies for implementing soulful and healing healthcare environments.

Shandra Banutu-Gomez
Shandra is a dynamic, warm and supportive trainer with experience in diverse medical and public health settings. She is currently a Principal in the Banutu Consulting Firm, an Associate of Wendy Leebov and Adjunct Faculty at Camden County College. Shandra served previously as Training and Technical Assistance Specialist for the Health Federation of Philadelphia. In that capacity, Shandra established, coordinated and delivered organization development and training services to the Philadelphia Department of Public Health’s Ambulatory Health Systems and specifically to eight large community health clinics and community-based staff in general health, maternal/child health, cultural diversity, organizational development, and customer service. She has also served as a certified HIV/AIDS instructor for the American Red Cross, Community Outreach Specialist for the Bethany Hospital and the University of Illinois Outreach Program. Equipped with excellent presentation and communication skills, Shandra has an extraordinary ability to connect with people, tune in to their needs and concerns and inspire them to enhance their skills for the sake of their customers and their own job satisfaction. Shandra has a Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Illinois and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Chicago State University.
