Meet Linn Billingsley

Linn Billingsley is Partner and Senior Vice President for Strategy and Business Development for Leebov Golde Group. She brings operational and strategic expertise resulting from more than thirty years of leadership experience in healthcare, both in for-profit and not-for-profit/faith-based organizations. During the last twenty years, Linn held executive positions, most recently as CEO and Regional Director for multiple specialty hospitals in the Southwest. Her passion for improving the patient experience is grounded in her experience as a frontline caregiver and developed through her years as an inspirational leader. Linn understands that creating service-centered, quality-driven organizations produces financially successful organizations as well. Her exceptional communication and team-building skills mobilize staff, physicians, and executives together to focus on service, safety, and patient-centered goals. Her experience, guts, and compassion make her a sought-after coach and mentor. These gifts paved the way for award-winning performances by hospitals under Linn’s leadership.

No stranger to employee engagement, training and organizational change strategies, Linn served as Internal Consultant for Kindred Healthcare's Hospital Division Service Excellence Advisory Council and as a facilitator for the Division’s Service Excellence initiatives. She is also a talented speaker and facilitator. Her "Laughter in the Workplace" programs tickle the thoughts and funny bones of healthcare workers as they learn how to use humor to connect with others and lighten their load in today’s challenging environment. Linn is also a certified DiSC® facilitator.

Linn is an active volunteer in the American Lung Association, currently serving as Chair for the five-state Southwest region.
