On Leader Accountability

As leader, I AM RESPONSIBLE

for my team’s performance.

I am.


When my team members are great,

We all win.

Patients and all.


If my team is not GREAT,

I’ve stopped short.

I have more to do.


If I allow weak links,

I’m saying,

“This is good enough.”


My team’s performance

reflects on me.

I’m leading the way.
